I eat here all the time. This place is superb. For the prices (which are low) the food is outstanding. The menu is varied & unique. I even like the casual & quirky 'out of this world' (literally) atmosphere. My absolute favorite meal is a seasonal item (fall-ish to spring-ish) on Tuesdays. It is Pork Tenderloins with fried polenta, over cooked spinach, finally topped with a cranberry and apple compote and a little basalmic vinegar. The unbelievable mixture of flavor and texture on this plate blows me away. On the other days I usually get the meatloaf sandwich or Spicy Turkey. Sometimes I keep the side of Potato Salad. Sometimes I substitute a Tomato Mozzarella Salad. Both are outstanding and refreshing. I've read a few negative comments on the Potato Salad. I'd have to disagree This is a Yellow Mustard salad (not white) that rivals anything that Mom or GMom used to make. But hey, you either love potato salad, or you don't, right? The desserts & cookies are great. My wife thinks the pumpkin cookies are her all time favorite. I make special trips to pick them up for her. Always a good move! One negative is the limited seating during peak meal times. The food is so good, I usually overlook this issue. Overall, best place I've found in OKC for a relatively low cost, quality meal.

Something for everyone - salads, soups, sandwiches, pizzas! Delicious pastries! Their iced tea is also delicious. Funky atmosphere. Food is always fresh and delicious. We eat at Saturn Grill every time we're in town! They don't give out plastic cups with their name on it anymore.

Saturn Grill is the best! They have such a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, pastas, and pizzas! Not to mention their wonderful deserts! I love the carribbean jerk grilled chicken sandwich. The sauce is delicious. All sandwiches come with their yummy homemade potato salad and pickles. Don't forget to try a red velvet cupcake for desert! Best in town!

Yes. I am a fan of their Portobello sandwich and my husband is a fan of their Saturn Grilled Chicken sandwich...Love their Salmon salad....The sweet tea is a good combo with the sandwich or salad. I love the vibrant environment.

This is a great place to catch an affordable deli type meal in OKC. The owner is an actual chef and there is thought and talent that goes into the menu. I think your best bet here would be the sandwich options. My favorite so far is the meatloaf sandwich: the meat is sliced thin and grilled with a crisp edge and served in a pita with fresh tomatoes and a mayo sauce. Their famous potato salad is mustard based and very tasty. This dish is served with fresh sliced dill pickles. The best part though was definitely the pita: it tasted like it just came out of the oven and did not taste store bought. You can actually eat healthy at Saturn which is a major plus. I would check our their daily specials and take advantage of good flavor for a good price. Their iced tea comes with two options: black tea or a flavored tropical, "passion" type tea that is really good. I enjoyed eating here.

Tonight, our original dinner plans fell through and it became a family night out. That's not a bad thing, but when you've got twin 10 year old girls who've hit the stage where they feel obligated to loudly express their opinions about everything and refuse to have any similarity in preferences, where do you go? I've got just the answer: Saturn Grill. Mom wanted something light, Daughter A wants to be adventurous, Daughter B needs a tight control on her food requirements, and Dad just wants flavor and quality. Well, a Salmon Caesar, Cheese Tortellini, Shrimp Pizza, and Jerk Chicken Sandwich later, all is well in the world. Great food, friendly service, reasonable prices, and something for everyone. The only reasons I didn't give it five stars are the interior (fun and funky, but always a little dirty on the tabletops and the tables seem to all wobble) and a remake on one of the dishes (which, even then, came out a little overcooked). Still, we capped things of with a mocha cupcake and a slab of chocolate chip bread pudding. We'll be back to provide NUMEROUS opportunities to earn that fifth star. Recommended.

A client of mine highly recommended this place as the place to get good food at a decent price. After arriving, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The ambiance reminded me of college, you know, those places that were very inexpensive and did not have a lot of menu options. However, after looking at the menu, there were a vast amounts of food options. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich (actually, the jerk chicken was in a pita). Also, I ordered the mulligatawny soup. Surprisingly enough, both choices were quite tasty. When back in OKC, I will go again.

My husband and I love this place! I've had a few different items on the menu, but my go-to order is now their Spicy Turkey sandwich. It is the best turkey sandwich I have ever had! It has just the right amount of kick without being too mild or too spicy. For a side, I always substitute the potato salad for a bag of chips. Their desserts are also amazing. My husband loves their brownies (double-layer Belgian chocolate filled) and I love their Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding. They also have an assortment of cupcakes and cookies, but I've never tried these as the bread pudding and brownie are so amazing.

Oh this place was fun! I never knew you could make so many things out of pita bread. But hey, me and pita bread are pals, so I didn't mind. I the decor is outer spaced themed... it's always nice to see whimsical decor at a restaurant that doesn't have furry kids characters and a theme song. I had some sort of grilled salmon sandwich served on...you guessed it! Pita Bread! It was very good! The fish was even fresh tasting. Everyone else I was with ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which they swear by. And you get your desert first! (It's counter order and you choose from a case at the register.) To me, that should earn them a whole extra star! Jessica approved: all pita bread selections! **Watch out for the times you go! Shortly after we ordered at sat, the line was out the door.

For a deli style experience in OKC, this isn't a bad place. I do have an issue with their drink delivery system. I'm not a complete green freak but I used to go here so frequently that my cupboards are overflowing with their ubiquitous plastic branded cups. I guess they say to hell with the environment as their cups are about three times as thick as those that even supposedly contain a portion of post consumer recylclable plastic. These are apparently made of pure petroleum and will probably remain in the landfill until the end of time. I see people trash these cups all the time instead of reusing them or taking them home, which is a shame. That being said, I do enjoy their salads - their spinach and strawberry salad to be exact. Delicious and absolutely nutritious - as long as you get the dressing on the side - they tend to the extreme in their dressing drizzling. The cookies are out-of-this world, and while not being known as a cupcake place, their red velvet cupcake ranks up there with the best. The decor is sharp and modern and the flatscreen menus powered by Apple TVs give it a hipster flair and goes nicely with their outerworldly theme.

I've gotten lunch a few times here and the sandwiches never disappoint. The curried lime chicken soup is so-so, but the tomato basil is outstanding. I'm not a fan of the indoor decor, but the outdoor dining tables make Saturn an ideal spring lunch joint for me.

The place was really crowded when I went a few months ago. I ordered the meatloaf sandwich which was really good, the cupcake I had after was okay. I like the busy atmosphere. I really liked this place.

The meatloaf sandwich is the best! Spicy, zippy, and filling. The potato salad that accompanies it is also top notch. You can also get 1/2 of a sandwich and 1/2 salad or soup. Everything on the menu is flavorful and artfully done. This Jetson-like dining room is also a bit small, but with many folks getting their meal to-go and with a fast turn-over there always seems to be a seat by the time I get through the long line. Don't let it scare you away! Also, the parking lot fills up, but again, don't let that deter you. A lot of the spots are taken by Starbucks and the other places in this shopping center. Beers and wines available too!

It half stars were available I'd give this location a 3.5. Not really deserving of a 4, but not deserving of a 3 either so, 4 it is! Not a bad place for sweets! Their chocolate chip cookies are super yummy! I got a bite from my toddler since, it came with his peanut butter and jelly sammy. My 2-yr old enjoyed his sandwich and cookie a lot. I had the salad with tomatoes and mozzarella with a pesto balsamic like dressing. The dressing was great, but my salad greens were wilted/soggy, and I asked for no onions yet, I still got them on my salad. Anyways, it would have been a great salad if the greens were crisp, new, and fresh with no onions. My bf got a Caesar type of salad with tomato soup. He enjoyed his soup which I got to try.. It was delicious, but his salad was also disappointing. Again, with the old wilted greenery.. Great place to bring the kids and have a fast lunch. The pastries looked great, and the cookie was yummy. The service and cashier were super friendly, but the food we were served was not great. Still a good environment for kids or a casual date. I would come back just for their desserts.

Great food and excellent spot for people watching! I've been twice now and highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area. This location can be pretty busy at lunch time, and the parking lot is frequently full then. Try to come early to beat the crowd. I've ordered the turkey sandwich and meatloaf sandwich. Both were great. Price was average, service was fast and facility was clean.

Came here for soup and salad one day for lunch. I got the Caesar salad with a tomato basil soup. The soup was really really good. My Caesar salad was Wilty and the dressing didn't taste right. The soup was great though. All in all it says a decent restaurant I definitely need to come back and try to the sandwiches cause they look pretty tasty.

LOVE THIS PLACE! They accept Keep It Local cards too, which saves you 15%, if I'm correct. My personal favorites are the SBLT, Grilled Veggie Sandwich, and the Triple Salad. I've never, ever had something at Saturn Grill that I didn't love. The food is fresh, the environment is always very clean, and the staff are friendly and attending. There is usually a long line at lunch - they do call in orders which is a good idea for a busy day! Both locations are great, however the parking at the Nichols Hills location is very iffy. There is a Starbucks next door so you might have to drive a bit to find an open spot (during busy hours). Their desserts are great, too!

Some of the best pita style sandwich bread I have ever tasted! The spicy beef sandwich was delish. Also really enjoyed the salmon Caesar salad! The tortilla chicken soup lacked a bit of depth and also could have used fresh fried corn tortilla strips. The Tostitos that were plopped in the bowl promptly fell apart. Oh but their cheesy bread that came on the side of both salad and soup were pretty tasty too and I don't generally eat bread.

I ordered the Fish Tacos which was a daily special & initially was suprised when the fish came fried. I was expecting grilled or blackened. I was going to send it back, but when I tasted it, it was battered perfectly and was not greasy at all, so I really enjoyed the taste of it. My mom had the Meatloaf sandwhich and the homemade flat bread was really tasty. We shared the soup of the day & it was very fresh & chock full of vegetables. We shared a red velvet cupcake and it was pretty good too. Honestly, I think this place is just a little bit pricey for counter service. I would give it a higher rating if there was a little bit more value for the price, but I guess that is the cost of real estate in Nichols Hills, LOL

Saturn Grill in Nichols Hills and I go way back. My kitchen cabinet is crammed full of their to-go cups. My go-to order through the years has always been the half-soup half-sandwich with the blackened salmon and soup of the day. Order extra pickles and thank me later. Their pizza is freakin' rad too... There's a reason I'm not giving 5 stars though - don't order their water. Never had a water from their fountain machine that didn't taste awful.

Good stuff. Pretty much described it for ya. They have all kinds of home baked/cooked goods that are served up hot and fresh and in a very short amount of time. I tried the blackened salmon flat bread sandwich on my last trip and it was amazing. Saturn has become a regular lunch spot. Go there.

I actually had lunch yesterday at the Midtown location. The menus are not identical so today I thought I would get the SBLT sandwich not available there but decided to see what the daily specials here were first. That changed my mind. Today I tried the special Ahi tuna over soba noodles & mixed greens with asparagus, cucumbers & carrots - light & delicious! The manager here is very nice too. She took my order today. I just found I had gotten something all over the side of my white shirt jacket. She gave me some white wine to put on it and said she had heard that helps with stains. I gave it a try and will see how it works when I do the laundry. It was nice of her to try & help me with something that happened before I got there.

I took my husband here for the first time. I love being able to take him places that he's never been that have steller food! Saturn Grill on a Saturday night was not crowded but their Spicy Lentil soup and Pasta with fresh spinach were awesome! The atmosphere is small tables and booths - nothing fancy, the food speaks for itself. I think he just found one of his new "go to" places! We were in and out quickly (it was Saturday night, NOT weekday lunch), had dinner and a beer and it was under $20! Plus they take the Keep it Local card. What's not to like?
(5)

Saturn Grill has always impressed me with their large selection of sandwiches, salads, pastas and pizzas. I love their cheese tortellini with the pesto cream sauce. I like that they focus on vegetarian dishes and you may add meat to them if you prefer. They also have yummy desserts and I love the salted caramel cupcake!

Saturn Grill makes one of the best grilled veggie sandwiches and it is served with a side of their delicious mustard potato salad. I would love to try some of their other menu options but it is so hard for me to steer away from such an amazing sandwich. I am not a huge fan of dining in here because it is fairly small and can get VERY busy during their lunch rush so it seems much easier to place a to-go order. They also offer a generous 15% off with a Keep It Local OK card! The only thing that really bothers me about Saturn Grill is that they use those plastic cups for drinks that many people just toss into the trash when they are finished with their meal. Other than that, this place is at the top of my list for a quick, local and delicious lunch!

My son and I dropped in here for lunch one day. I had a salad one of several to choose from and he ordered a sandwich. Service was wonderful they had several choices of desserts but I was full from lunch. My son has been here several times to eat and it was his decision to take me there and I really enjoyed it and plan on going again. I do recall everything being fresh and very flavorful.

This place is okay. They have a nice bottle drink selection. The atmosophere is nice. I ordered the Thai Broccoli Salad. I couldn't finish it. It was drenched in soy dressing and it was wayyyyyy too salty! My companion commented that the salad she had ordered the day before had been much less salty. So, I don't know if the cook has dissociative identity disorder or what. But, I wouldn't reccomend ordering this salad on the chef's salty day, yuck!

I have to admit, I really miss this place. Most people stick to the tasy sandwiches - I love the spicy beef and spicy turkey. But I was routinely working 80 hour weeks across the street for six months, so I got to try just about everything. Their fresh cookies are a big hit, order an assortment and you'll have a happy crowd. The pizzas are solid, crispy crust affairs. The salads, especially the one with strawberries, are very, very popular with locals and east coast visitors (I know, I literally spent about $2,000 here over six months). Often overlooked are the two specials - the owner is a true chef and does some very ambitious and successful experimentation with these. In spite of this glowing review, I can't go five stars. Why? Because it's so good, and Chesapeake has shut down all other good lunch spots in the neighborhood, it's incredibly crowded. When I tried to eat in, I'd scramble for a table or share one. On the open plains, we ain't used to a shortage of space. Service at the counter is professional but harried; these people are always swamped.

Many things to like here. Blackened salmon sandwich is my favorite. Deserts are top-notch. The regular and chocolate cannolis are the best in city. They remind me of the homemade ones my irish aunt made from scratch for my italian uncle when I was a kid. Upscale food mixed with american and ethnic standards made with care, heart, and intelligence at a budget price. Casual atmosphere. Interesting specials rotate through. Order ahead by phone on to go orders for easy pick-up in a special section on the side of the main counter.

Thank goodness for a local casual eatery with creative, fresh food! This is one of my favorite restaurants in OKC. It gets quite busy at lunchtime and seating can be difficult, but worth it, in my opinion. Saturn offers daily specials as well as great everyday items. My favorite is the Seared Carribean Jerk Chicken (jerk chicken with grilled onions, tomato, lettuce, and spicy sauce on flat bread). The pizza's are really good and large, with the Italian Flag (red sauce, pesto, fresh spinach, goat cheese & mozzarella cheese) getting my vote.

Very interesting decor...surprisingly enjoyable. They have plenty to choose from and I liked how they had a decent assortment of salad options. Overall the food was good.

Tilapia Taco tuesday's are the only thing that keep me going back.. but you have to get them pan seared instead of deep-fried... otherwise the atmosphere is nice, but the food is just decent. The gelato is pretty good too.

Great food. Took longer than expected on a Friday afternoon, but well worth it. Has a few tables for outdoor seating when the weather is nice.

(4)Genest L.
I've gotten lunch a few times here and the sandwiches never disappoint. The curried lime chicken soup is so-so, but the tomato basil is outstanding. I'm not a fan of the indoor decor, but the outdoor dining tables make Saturn an ideal spring lunch joint for me.
(4)Anisha G.
The place was really crowded when I went a few months ago. I ordered the meatloaf sandwich which was really good, the cupcake I had after was okay. I like the busy atmosphere. I really liked this place.
(4)Matt M.
(5)Juju G.
(4)J.P. S.
(5)Sacha B.
(3)Mark B.
Lunch was outstanding! Definitely was worth the wait we had the portobello mushroom sandwich and tomato basil soup along with the West Coast club and tortilla soup. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to have a great lunch and a great atmosphere
(5)Carl B.
Went here for lunch a few weeks ago, great food, friendly enough service. Will be back for the food though. Their flat bread is delicious.
(4)Jamie F.
(5)Lindi F.
(4)Dara A.
The BEST chicken salad sandwich in the world. I don't live in OKC any longer, but every time I drive through I stop to eat at the Saturn Grill.
(5)Janine B.
(3)Tenacious A.
Food is freakin' electrifying. Also, they redid all the decor, so it is much more modern. Truly, one of the best restaurants in the city. Meatloaf sandwich and pumpkin bisque will blow your mind.

(2)Robert W.

Tilapia Taco tuesday's are the only thing that keep me going back.. but you have to get them pan seared instead of deep-fried... otherwise the atmosphere is nice, but the food is just decent. The gelato is pretty good too.

A great lunch and dinner spot that won't disappoint.

The BEST chicken salad sandwich in the world. I don't live in OKC any longer, but every time I drive through I stop to eat at the Saturn Grill.

Lunch was outstanding! Definitely was worth the wait we had the portobello mushroom sandwich and tomato basil soup along with the West Coast club and tortilla soup. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to have a great lunch and a great atmosphere

Went here for lunch a few weeks ago, great food, friendly enough service. Will be back for the food though. Their flat bread is delicious.
(4)Jamie F.

Food is freakin' electrifying. Also, they redid all the decor, so it is much more modern. Truly, one of the best restaurants in the city. Meatloaf sandwich and pumpkin bisque will blow your mind.

Love the Pizza! Awesome place great prices if you want to grab a salad, sandwich or Pizza. I've gone many times and the food gets better every time. GREAT customer service!
(4)Tanner H.
(4)Nicole S.
Very interesting decor...surprisingly enjoyable. They have plenty to choose from and I liked how they had a decent assortment of salad options. Overall the food was good.
(4)Kyle E.

(5)Anna F.
(5)Meg W.

Great food. Took longer than expected on a Friday afternoon, but well worth it. Has a few tables for outdoor seating when the weather is nice.
